    3. Why is there always a problem when either my daughter or I go to Zizzi's in Bournemouth? It's a con because although the literature says Bournemouth is included it does not show it on the voucher and there is always an excuse that it is not on the system and they are not participating therefore I will not take the chance again unless Bournemout is shown on the voucher and not patronize your establishment again thankyou. It is total misrepresentation
