what do I do when the copy is mostly blank, with only a few faded lines of print?
I have checked the cartridges and they are properly seated with a click. Paper is correctly loaded. Ink levels are OK. Printer won't print from the computer and won't copy a document. It produces only a few faded lines of print with the rest of the page either blank or with a few dashes and dots.
