    can a landlord reduce your rent if you having difficulty paying or can you be released early from your lease if you are unable to pay the rent?

    only if the landlord agrees, get it in writing.


    Live within your means. If you get paid weekly, you should be able to pay your rent with one check. If your rent cost more than a weeks salary, your above your means.


     

    You can discuss with your landlord.  Good luck.

    I would suggest that you read your lease very carefully before proceeding. However, if you and your landlord (landperson....whatever is politically correct these days) are on good terms you may be able to strike up a bargain....however, please read your lease carefully!
