      You are confusee, Iron comes from nature, as an ore.


      Steel is not a product of Nature.


      Steel is a MANUFACTURED product, conbiing vanadium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, wolfram, etc...


      Chromium and more nickel are added to the iron to make stainless steel.
