    how to scan and email a picture

    You will need a scanner to scan the picture. The scanner must be connected to a computer (I 'm not sure if this can be done using a "Smart Phone" also). The latest editions of Windows should have a fax and scan option. You can preview the picture. Scan it and save it to a file. In your email, whereby you send messages, there is probably an icon for attachments. Click on it and find the file where it was saved. You can send the email to yourself first to see how it looks.Send when ready.
