        Water retention can becaused by the female menstrual cyle shortly before is most uncomfortable salt,sodas and potassium also a contributor. Renal disfunction can also cause water retention with kidneys not filtering the toxins out of the body properly.Allergies can alos cause water retention and make hearing difficult.
