    Is it intentional grounding under NFHS rules if a quarterback throws from his end zone and the pass lands out of bounds beyond the first down marker with no receiver within 15 yards of the ball?

    Quarterback has dropped straight back into end zone with no lateral movement.

      Yes would be my short answer.  There needs to be an eligible receiver in the area of the pass.
