Sounds like freckles to me! if they are raised up off the skin and do look kind of mushroomy they could be warts...I had them when I was a kid on both arms (inner Part across from elbows)...they went away on their own...but if this is something new on your body, wouldn't hurt to get a doctor to check it out..there are just so many things that can go wrong with a body it's hard to know unless you have medical training...take care
