Regarding charges to account number 6019193103559919
I have a superior credit rating. Recently, I was informed that I owed interest on my last payment. I sent you this payment. You sent it back claiming the address was wrong as well as the account #. You folks accepted ten payments to this account with no problem. Then suddenly the number was wrong (it was. the last digit was 0039 not 0029). Now you want to charge me $37.00. This isn't my fault. It's your fault. I want these charges removed from my GE account immediately.
