simple problem but I dont know what to do and this laptop is mt link to the outside
My back up has been set for quite sometime to backup to E drive..my external drive,,however everytime I long on it says back up failed..in sert a disk yet I staring right at the screen and it say backup to drive E. I have little knowledge of computers and after over three months of this I getting frantic. Please help me. thank you
