Most likely just a viral infection, like a cold virus trying to invade your body. Your immune system attacks this virus as it enters your body causing the swelling in your nodes in the neck, especially if the virus entered through your eyes, nose or mouth.  If the swelling doesn't go down in a week or so, make an appt with your Doc.
