    3. I am 60 years old I have handicap Parking Permit.. But my apt building is for senior citizens but they only have 3 handicap spaces and they said they are rent out.. Why can they tell us we can park on the street or unlit parking lot//? Have 200 apts and only 60 spaces and 3 Handicap spaces??

      Complain to the housing authority in your county/city.

        Local zoning ordinances most likely determine how many handicapped parking spaces must be marked as such in your building’s parking lot.
