How old is that account, and how long has it been since you used it? If it has been a real long time, then it has probably been closed due to inactivity. Email servers can and will do this after four months. If this is the case, then once an account has been suspended, closed, or deleted it is gone forever, and can not be restored or reactivated. All information on the account is lost and you can not use the ID name associated with that account, either.
