You could be showering in to hot a water temp also. More than likely, it's an allergy to the soap or shampoo you use. Try switching to a soap that uses no perfumes in it.

allergies when i get out of the shower?
[Apr 19, 2007] I just moved in with my mother in law. And every time i take a shower and wash my hair she starts to cough. We figured out that it is was every time i wash my hair. ( 2 comments )
