You have moved my line installation date from 17th September to 4th October. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
This is the s econd time that an engineer has been booked. the first time the additional line was not installed so this appointment must not be delayed again. Why do you think you must cahnge the date? I have arranged for staff to be here specifically to meet the engineer. This is a school and this line is needed most urgently. Why did you confirm yesterday that the appointment was going ahead and then today advise that the date has changed? The order number is VOL011-53023937461.
