      WAS THE POINTS SENT BY EMAIL OR BOUGHT OFF OF EBAY OR AMAZON? IF SO THE POINTS MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN USED. ANOTHER POSSIBILITY IS THAT THE SYSTEM DOESN'T OPERATE CORRECTLY.
