do you have to mix the coca cola with water or anything?

You can hire a wallpaper steamer for about 30 Bucks. It's the quickest & cleanest way to get it off.If it is vinyl wallpaper you will need to strip the vinyl from the backing paper first.This is easy.Just loosen a corner & rip it off.Give the wall a good wash when you are finished to remove any glue residue.
