Two bottles of wine: one red, one white.   You two have a lot to catch up.

Reading between the lines that you haven't seen each other in a really long time.  I'd suggest that you take something you would take to any host's home.  Bottle of wine, basket or selection of cookies, dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts, etc.,  bouqet of fresh-cut flowers, perhaps a book that you know she especially liked, a picture frame.......

have you got any old photos of the 2 of you or of mutual friends?

I think that would be nice to take along.

i think i would take baby pictures of my kids. like just the newborn ones and a picture of each one now. may be my wedding picture. just one. some nice wine we both like and were off to our then and now party together
