    How are plants not like a living creature?

    Plants, like humans and other animals are eukaryotes.

    While I think a plant is alive and it is a living thing, I do not think it is a being.

    Some differences between plants and creatures:
    - A process called photosynthesis takes place in plants, in which a sunlight energy is transformed into carbohydrates, which are used as food,
    - Creatures such as mammals or insects can more, whereas plants are fixed to the ground.
    - The type of tissues and cells that compose plants are different from the ones found in creatures, for instance, muscle tissues and cells.
