    a = 3b - c

    Move (3b) to the left side to get it in front of the equal symbol. Change 3b to (-3b)

    Move (a) to the right side and change it to (-a)

    Rewrite problem:

    -3b = -c - a  >  divide problem by -3

    -3b/-3 = -c/-3 - a/-3  or  -3b/-3 = -c/-3 + -a/-3

    NOTE: A NEGATIVE DIVIDED BY NEGATIVE IS POSITIVE

    3b/3 = c/3 + a/3

    Answer::

    b = c/3 + a/3

    a/3b
