I have had to break my lease on a property on South Australia due to undue hardship and my Landlord signed off the property as being in clean and tidy I wonder where I stand as I have been paying rent for the last 5 weeks and have not been living at the property. He has been advertising and keeps telling us that people phone but do not show up. He has done the final inspection and all keys have been returned to him. What can I now do as he hasn't handed back my Bond of $2,700
