      Plain ol' chicken rice, Hainan Chinese style.


      Please don't tell my doctor.


      If you all have a chance to go to Southeast Asia, make sure you try their chicken rice.  The rice is cooked in rich chicken fat or broth (bad for your health), yet so yummy.   Their chicken is out of this world!
