In order to use a printer switch both your computer and the printer 'On', and use the cable that comes along with the printer to plug it the computer. Once connected, the computer starts recognizing the printer, and installs the proper drivers. Once it is done, make sure that there are enough papers in the printer, open the document you wish to print, and click 'Ctrl + p' in order to print it.
