Go To Start ---> Settings ---> Control Panel ----> Network and Internet Connections ---> Internet Options. In Internet Options there is a textbox that looks like this:
Address: -------------
Remove the web address that is currently there and enter http://www.google.com. go to google type in pimp my homepage then it will tell you what do do from there you can put a picture of yourself as your homepage
FOR MOZILLA:
1. Go to Tools (Ctrl T) 2. Click options 3. Click Main Tab 4. In the Home Page field type: http://www.google.com/ 5. Click Ok button
