      Try the city directory available in the main city library or in the National Library.  The listings are cross-listed by address, telephone number, name and occupation.  Or peruse the voters' list also available in the main city library.  You could also do an icon check on an provincial offender at the provincial courthouse.  A motor vehicle icon check is done at city hall.  A landlords' home address can be found on a property title search at city hall.
