All babies vary, though Tamil's guide is the average. Some babies never crawl at all but go straight for walking. Those that do crawl are often later to walk because they can get around faster crawling. Milestones are exciting, but don't be impatient. She'll be in school before you know it. Give her lots of time. Anything you teach her now will pay off... yes, teach. She could hear & respond to music before she was born. If you played any, great. If not, it's never too late to start... and sing to her... talk to her... & avoid baby-talk. Enjoy her. (Ignore Andrew.)

Your Daughter could start crawling as early as 6-9 months old. Walking between 9-12 months. Usually, girls start earlier then boys.Funny thing is all my boys seem to have started walking on the day of their first Birthday...
