I joined equafax, as suggested by you all, and found the only credit issue I had was due to a missunderstanding on both our parts when I moved to Canada.
I have not used my US card for years cos the limit is so low.
The last dealings I had (when a human in the Capital One could be contacted) suggested that I fax my concerns to someone in Virginia . By the time I had written the letter and found a fax (!!) machine. I had lost the fax number. Etc etc.
Can you give me that fax number please?

I hope that your problem has been cleared up during the past year, because I have some bad news for you. This is not Equifax nor is it Capital One nor do we have the fax number that you are looking for. We are a question and answer forum called akaQA and we cannot help you here. Sorry.
