Here's How:
Go to the Tools menu and click on "Internet Options"
Click on "Privacy"
To disable all popups:
Uncheck the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" box.
To disable popups on just one site:
Click on "Settings"
Enter the URL of the site for which you would like to allow popups
Click "Add"
Close the window
Click "Ok"
Tips:
If you grant popups for a site and want to remove them later:
Follow the steps above to Step 4
Click on the url to block in the list of sites
Click on "Remove"
Close the window
