Launch your browser by double-clicking the application's icon on your desktop or by clicking "Start" and selecting it from the Programs menu.

Click on "File" in the upper left corner of the browser (Opera and Firefox) or "Tools" in the upper right corner of the browser (Internet Explorer). A drop-down menu will appear.

Scroll down and click on "Work Offline" to remove the check mark next to it.

Click on "File" (Opera and Firefox) or "Tools" (Internet Explorer). Scroll down and click "Work Offline" once more to reset the browser to online mode.
