The generic brand of corn flakes provides 25 percent value of vitamins A and C and 50 percent daily value of iron. As is the case with most Kellogg’s cereals, its corn flakes are vitamin- and mineral-fortified and provide 10 percent daily value of vitamins A, C and D, 25 percent value of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and B12 and folic acid, and 45 percent daily value of iron.
