What causes constant pop-up error message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.?"
Also need to know WHY there is another IEXPLORER.EXE Application Error message - keeps popping up as well "0x002f359c" referenced memory at "0x000f06ca". The memory could not be "read". Another error message that keeps coming up all the time and these messages create the computer to LOSE memory loss and slowdown of pc - I have VIPRE scanning daily and there are no infections noted - it blocks trojans, etc. So what do I have wrong? Windows XP is operating system.

Because you are using Internet Explorer. Get a better browser. IE is infamous for crashing. I think it's the worse browser going. Try Google Chrome or Firefox.

I have firefox as my web browser, but I have tried to get rid of internet explorer and it hangs on - I just moved all my documents out of my pc to make sure I didn't lose them to a Book drive - HOW do I eliminate internet explorer completely - tried from control panel it won't work - I'm paying for a RegCleaner as well as Vipre -
Just don't open IE. I think it's hard to remove because it comes with Microsoft but that does not mean you have to open it and use it.
