    i have this homework that had to do with prime numbers i need help!

      A natural number is called a prime number (or a prime) if it is bigger than one and has no divisors other than 1 and itself. For example, 5 is prime, since no number except 1 and 5 divides it. On the other hand, 6 is not a prime (it is composite), since 6=2x3

        In simple, prime numbers are those numbers which is exactly divide itself. Here the number "1" is excluded, since it is the common factor of all the numbers.


        For example, 2 is exactly divisible by 2 only [excluding 1], so 2 is a prime number


        Similarly, 3 is exactly divisible by 3 only [excluding 1], so, 3 is a prime number


        and so on.
