What Can Be Done About Africa
For over 60 years countless billions in aid has been poured into Africa. In spite of this nothing seems to change. Every year millions are dying from starvation, and diseases which have been successfully tackled in other parts of the world. So I ask the rather unpalletable question.Does this situation exist in spite of the aid, or because of it.
