      ANY room that has a view of the falls will command a premium price.Off season weekday is your best bet!Good luck.

        We plan on going for 2 weekday nights in early Oct.

        That is a good start,I have only lodged on the American side.Both are beautifull.I wish I could be more of a help.Did you try any of the discount sites(orbitz,ect)?
