The brother in the nursing home is incompetent and has been for 12 years. He has brain cancerand beginning radiation treatments next week. He is unabletowalk. He in unable to contraol bodily functions. He has early stage of alzheimers...many ma y health issues of great magnitude> The person wanting to take him out recently got out of prison after serving 30 years for bank robery ( was on drugs) The place he proposes to take my brother has a tiny bathroom and will not accomog=date a wheel chair. The son is on monitor from parole board and is not allowed to leave the house and yard without permission..The son has always wanted to do things his way, right or wrong and I feel he is doing this more for his "Wants" instead of his fathers needs, That is why I am against it at this time..
