Evil to him who doest evil think. It was used when one of the queens of England lost a garter and a gentle man retrieved it and handed it to the queen amidst gasp of horror from the people that a commoner would do such a thing. Forget the queens` name. It was the motto of the Soyal Australian Service Corp (Army) but there have been several changes within our services and I can`t be sure if still the case.
