      Sure, you can use it everyday if you want. It won't hurt you to do so.

        Mineral oil will stop your insides from going rusty, don`t think it will do much else.


        I would try eating more roughage (fibre) drink more water and listen to a politician.


        If that doesn`t give you the shits you are in real trouble.
