    Can someone who has lost driving priveledges in NYS get a drivers license in another state ?

      You may have to do your research on this one I have a drivers license in more than one state, I know the DMV was going to be connected via computer to each state, but I'm not sure if all states are on the same page yet?

        Not if nys says your suspended for so many years (typ for dui). If they wont give you one for some reason but theirs no court order and your all paid up (extorted) then yes probably?
