        I have my grandma's but I would never use them. Can't find them in stores anymore. Not around here. Then again I can't find much around here. Have to go on line for everything.

        Are they metal? I like the old cast iron ones.They are usually quite ornate.

        there are silicone table protector, and silver wave counter mats made for this purpose.
