Can I assume you mean slow to start? First thing to look at is how much stuff you have on it. IE do you have lot's of photos, movies, music etc. If this is the case it will eat your memory up better to get an external hd and tranfer them onto that. Next thing to look at is how many programms do you have loading up when you first start up the comp. if there are several it will slow the thing down to a snails pace. also you should look at your internet protection to see if any nasties are messing around.with your stuff. hope this helps.
