It's really possible you still kinda like him because you don't like someone else alot. (I got that going on right now, but I know I don't like him enough to want to be with him at the expense of not being free to meet someone who I will like alot and really want to be with.) If you don't think you can return the feelings, don't go back. He will just get hurt and you will not be thought of as a very nice person (which could keep people from liking you in the future).
