      If your GPS has a USB cord to connect it to the computer for updates, then yes.

        The GPS is only updated because the computer is.  It's on a time scale.

            A GPS is roads.  Info is sent by atlas when it is bought.  Updates usually come from your computer geek and are transferred to computer because of you and people like you.  Your GPS is only as good as you and other people in real time situation.
