    What is the normal time 4 people on this site to go to bed 4 the night?

      Wednesday and Thursday are the only two nights when I go to bed before midnight. During the summer months I may not crawl into bed before 3 AM because Scotland nights are so bright.

        use a sleep mask, or you're going to get something like jet lag

        Uhmmm, I've been in Scotland for three years, I'm slightly passed the jet lag stage, but thanks. When I moved to Scotland it was summertime so the nights were very short and very bright, it took me more than a year to adjust to the time difference between USA and UK time zones.

                Not normal, but I rarely crawl into bed before midnight. Sleep is a waste of time. Unfortunatly, we lose when deprived of sleep. Catch 22...
