How do I work out price of electricity used in charging a battery?

The battery charger displays this info; input 100-240v - 1.4A MAX - 47-63Hz. Output 29.4v----2.0A
This is to charge a battery assisted bicycle.

The calculation goes as follows 1.4a*240=336w per hour.
Where I come from 1000w per hour cost 10cents so one hour of charging your battery costs around 3cents.
Now the question is how long it takes to fully charge your battery. If it's 3 hours then it costs you 10 cents to fully charge it.
