      Wrap the TV in black plastic. No air holes. Now place the TV in the HOT sun for hours (days). Or vacuum the roaches out of it and be sure to get all the eggs.....

        I was going to suggest the bag method, but to spray insecticide inside and seal it quickly.  Maybe a combination of spray and the sun?  Used televisions are almost free, maybe you want to just throw it away, and know they are gone.  By the way, where did they come from, did you just move the tv to your home.  My point is that they may already be elsewhere in your home too...
