        Join activities at a senior center where you can have interaction with other people.  Most centers have dancing, singing, painting classes; bingo, movie, health seminars as well as nutritious lunch.

          irrelavent answer. Answer was to modify in life style depending upon the mental health and social conditions involving chldren and Indian culture.More data was to be asked and analysis made.Dating brings further complications and dependancy on factors external rather than internal.
