        Airbrushing is probably the easiest way, or wearing one of those plastic props to make you look like you have one would be easy too!

          There is no easy way. U just don't wake up in the morning and have one. To have a 6 pack takes a lot of work!

            If it was easy, everyone would have one! You can have your abs liposuctioned where they sculpt your abs giving them definition but it's not cheap (anywhere between $3000-$6000 depending on what state you live in & the popularity of the doctor. Good old fashioned crunches & sit ups work. Also walking 5000 steps a day 5 days a week or jogging every other day for 2 miles or more will tone your entire body.
