Active, doesn't mean he did anything. Was he still listed as the pastor of the church, or was the assistant listed as pastor? If his name was still being used, he was the acting pastor whether he was there or not. His wife is entitled to his back pay. I don't make the rules! It doesn't matter how I feel about it . This is the way the legal system will see it.
