Fried peanutbutter and banana sandwiches. , too many happy pills and  chronic constipation.

"Straining at Stool", he was in the bathroom trying to poop and by straining, he caused a heart attack. Sudden change of blood pressure.....

Elvis (as we all know)  The King died from a heart attack due to being fat & on drugs.  Oh by the way he died on the porcelain throne.
