If he has a criminal background, a job, any wife, or children?  If he could pass a background check?  If he has any restraining orders against him?  If he is a drug user?  How about blood tests, if he has any STD's and practices safe sex.  In these times, it seems that these should be topics that come up soon in a relationship!   I would not waste times with finding out what he likes to do, places he likes to go, favorite color, foods, his sign, etc.
